After completing his education, Ravi furthered his professional development in Canada by obtaining a Certificate in Physiotherapy Practice in the Canadian Healthcare System from the University of Alberta. This rigorous program prepared him to deliver exceptional care within Canada’s unique health landscape.Ravi’s career began in India, where he served as a Senior Physiotherapist at Rattan Multispecialty Hospital in Jalandhar. There, he honed his skills in assessing functional capacities and physical impairments, designing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective exercise programs for a diverse patient population. Ravi moved to Ottawa in August 2021 and started his practice as Resident Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. In 2022, Ravi became a Registered Physiotherapist with the CPO. For Ravi, the most gratifying aspect of being a Physiotherapist is not only the ability to help people and offer care to individuals who have a varying continuum of illness and disability, but also to promote healthy and active lifestyles that prevent disease from occurring in the first place. As a Physiotherapist, he understands the importance of movement and mobility for the enjoyment of everyday life.
