I have been an licensed Aesthetician since 1990 and a licensed massage therapist since 2004. I have worked in professional theater as a makeup artist, hair person and technical positions. I have worked sporting events that include Wisconsin Ironman, Madison Marathon, Madison Mini Marathon, MS Ride, and Race for the Cure. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Theater from UW Madison and am a Madison College graduate in Massage Therapy, Madison College Graduate in Early Childhood Administrator's Credential. I was previously employed as a Certified nursing assistant working with elders who have dementia and Alzheimer's as well assisting those with end of life care. Specialty areas include Sports, Swedish, Oncology massage. Aromatherapy and lymph drainage therapies, and also facials and scrubs in the spa setting.
Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body. 15 minutes per foot.
