Welcome to our movement and connection space Whether you’re preparing for baby, easing back into your body postpartum, or simply looking to move in a way that feels supportive and nourishing, our classes are designed with you in mind. From strength and fitness to yoga and Pilates, each offering is thoughtfully created to help you feel strong, aligned, and cared for—without pressure or overwhelm. Our prenatal classes focus on building strength, connection, and confidence as your body changes, while our postpartum and “life with baby” classes create space for both you and your little one—supporting recovery, bonding, and real-life movement in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. No matter where you’re at in your journey, you’ll find a community here that meets you with warmth, understanding, and encouragement every step of the way. Please note our Cancellation Policy for Workshops/Classes We know that life is full of surprises, and sometimes plans need to change. Our goal is to be fair and understanding while honouring the time, energy, and preparation that go into each workshop and class. If You Need to Cancel More than 7 days before the event/series startsYou’re welcome to cancel for a full refund or transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Between 3–7 days before the event/series startsYou can receive a credit on account for the amount paid put toward a future class or workshop Less than 72 hours before the event or if you don’t attend:We’re not able to offer refunds or credits at this stage, as materials and space have already been prepared for you. Transferring Your SpotIf something comes up, you’re always welcome to gift or transfer your spot to someone else. Just send us a quick email with their name and contact information before the event. If We Need to Cancel If we ever need to cancel or reschedule (due to illness, low enrollment, or unexpected circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or credit—your choice.
