Maysa Alnattah

Maysa is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with an extensive background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, orthopedics, and complex trauma recovery. Holding Master’s degrees in Medical Science (Sports Medicine) and Rehabilitation Science, she brings a research- informed, biomechanical approach to patient care. Over the course of her career—spanning private practice in Ottawa to international rehabilitation missions—Maysa has continually expanded her clinical toolkit, including advanced training in dry needling and neurofascial reset techniques. Driven by a passion for whole-body function, core stability, and movement biomechanics, Maysa has expanded her clinical focus into pelvic health, completing advanced pelvic floor training to better support patients experiencing pelvic pain, dysfunction, and pre- and postnatal recovery. She believes in an empowering, collaborative approach that bridges orthopedic principles with compassionate pelvic health care, helping each patient regain comfort, restore confidence, and achieve lasting mobility.
