Saralise brings a personalized and integrative approach to Chinese Medicine, combining traditional principles with a strong respect for modern healthcare and evidence informed practice. Rather than focusing solely on individual symptoms, Saralise takes time to understand the bigger picture. Her treatments are guided by each client’s health history, current concerns and goals, allowing care to evolve based on what the individual needs. Acupuncture often forms the foundation of treatment, with additional techniques such as electroacupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Tui Na, acupressure, heat and light therapy, herbal medicine and personalized wellness guidance incorporated when appropriate. Her approach is the foundation of **reBALANCE**, Recovery Lab’s individualized Acupuncture & Integrative Chinese Medicine treatment. Clients do not need to determine which modality to book ahead of time. Each session is thoughtfully built around the person in front of her. Saralise values collaboration between Eastern and Western approaches to healthcare and believes they can work alongside one another to support well rounded, patient centred care. Her goal is to create a treatment experience that feels approachable, educational and completely individualized, helping clients better understand their bodies while supporting balance, recovery and overall wellbeing.
