Nushaba graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto after completing her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. Nushaba’s approach to physiotherapy treatment includes a balance between manual therapy, active rehabilitation/ exercise, education about body mechanics, planning and pacing of daily activities, while keeping the client’s goals at the forefront. She has experience in treating a variety of orthopaedic and neurological injuries, including complex spinal injuries and complex care/ chronic pain. Nushaba has a special interest and passion for treating concussion and post-concussion syndrome, and getting clients back to the activities they cherish. When Nushaba is not treating clients in the clinic, she enjoys traveling, hiking and experimenting in the kitchen with baking/cooking, while her little son keeps her on her toes!
