Matt knows firsthand how powerful massage therapy can be for injury recovery, pain relief, and overall well-being. His passion for rehabilitative care began after a serious workplace accident during university. Through a combination of intensive therapies—including massage, physiotherapy, and chiropractic treatment—he made a full recovery and returned to the sports and activities he loves. This personal journey sparked Matt’s dedication to movement and healing, ultimately leading him to become a registered massage therapist. Since 2017, he has been helping clients reach and maintain their wellness goals through a holistic, functional approach. Matt blends traditional massage techniques with cupping and Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) to create customized, effective treatment plans for each individual. Outside the clinic, Matt keeps active by playing hockey a couple of times a week in the winter and golfing in the summer. He’s a big fan of food—both cooking at home and trying out new spots around the city. When he’s not in town, you’ll often find him relaxing at his family’s cottage or planning his next travel adventure.
