Selena is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Originally from the UK, she grew up playing a variety of sports, which sparked her lifelong interest in movement, injury prevention and physical wellbeing. Her approach is shaped by both her clinical training and personal experience with chronic migraines. These experiences have given her a deeper understanding of the connection between physical pain and nervous system regulation. At Coast Mountain Wellness, Selena works collaboratively with clients to explore the underlying causes of pain and movement restrictions. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, combining therapeutic techniques with personalized care to help clients feel more comfortable and confident in their bodies.
