Alli graduated from the University of Victoria, Canada with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in December 2020. She is also certified in Soft Tissue Release. Alli has a passion for proactive healthcare and assisting individuals integrating exercise into their daily lives. She loves watching her clients overcome their symptoms and return to the daily activities they love. Her main focus for rehabilitation includes exercise prescription alongside mind-body techniques to help clients take control of their pain and learn to love movement again. She describes Kinesiology like “if a personal trainer and physiotherapist had a child. Kinesiologists don’t do as much hands on therapy as physios, but have more medical knowledge than personal trainers.” Your first session would include a physical examination followed by coaching and exercise prescription. Think Kinesiology might be a good fit for you? Send your inquiries to [email protected]. Outside of work, Alli likes to read, bake, hang out with friends, and exercise.
