Simran completed her undergraduate degree in kinesiology at SFU before earning her Master of Physical Therapy from UBC. Growing up in North Delta, she was actively involved in sports including soccer, basketball, and volleyball, which helped foster her passion for health, wellness, and active living. Simran believes that maintaining an active lifestyle is essential for long-term health. She is passionate about helping individuals in her community improve their quality of life, whether they are beginning their fitness journey or returning to activities that are meaningful to them post-injury. Her treatment approach focuses on empowering patients through movement, education, and individualized care to help them achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy. She has experience working with various populations, from young athletes to older adults, and has a particular interest in treating post-operative joint replacements, sports injuries, and other orthopedic conditions. Outside of the clinic, Simran enjoys spending time outdoors, working out at the gym, reading, and traveling. She loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures and cuisines.
