My name is Nathan Swain, and I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado. I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in December 2024, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting recovery, relaxation, and well-being. My journey into massage therapy stems from a desire to create meaningful connections and make a positive impact, leading to the founding of my practice, Full Spectrum Healing. This is my core therapeutic session. I blend techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, and sports massage, adjusting pressure and pace based on your goals and how your body responds. Well briefly review anything relevant from your intake, clarify what youre hoping to focus on, and then settle in and get to work. Whether youre looking to unwind, address pain or restriction, improve mobility, or support your training and recovery, the work is intentional and built around you.
