IIf you’re dealing with ongoing tension, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to move more freely — Cimmaran is here to help you get there. Cimmaran Manak, RMT, Dip.Kin, brings a Diploma in Kinesiology and a background as a CFES-certified personal trainer and health coach into his massage therapy practice. That foundation means he understands not just how to treat your symptoms, but how your body moves, where restrictions develop, and how to build a plan that supports both your recovery and your long-term function. His post-graduate training includes Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 (CST), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and targeted certifications in integrated shoulder and hip treatment — giving him one a broad clinical toolkit and the judgment to know exactly when to reach for each one. He uses Craniosacral Therapy for nervous system and connective tissue involvement, IASTM for precise fascial and scar tissue work, and draws on Myofascial Release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, stretch therapy, neurokinetic methods, and exercise prescription across the rest of his practice — all tailored to what your body actually needs in the moment. Cimmaran works with patients of all ages and activity levels, from athletes and active individuals to those who simply want to feel better in their day-to-day lives. His approach is thoughtful and collaborative — he takes the time to listen, understand your goals, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported throughout your care. Having trained locally in Kelowna, he genuinely values helping people stay active and enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle — whether that means getting back to hiking, returning to training, or just moving through life with less discomfort. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him doing much the same: outdoors, active, and spending time with the people he cares about. Registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).

**New Patients:** Please book either 45 or 60 minutes for your first visit as your therapist needs adequate time to go over your full health history and do an assessment. This will allow enough time for hands on treatment as well.
