• Sapna pursued her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in 2007 and Master’s in Physiotherapy in 2010. Following her education, she gained experience working in diverse environments, like a Multispecialty Hospital, Pediatric Hospital, Rehabilitation center, Fitness center and outpatient clinics. Overall having an experience of more than 15 years in the field of Physiotherapy . • In clinical practice, she uses her expertise to assess and treat patients suffering from injuries from a motor vehicle accident, sports injuries, work-related injuries and other general conditions of all age groups. Sapna’s practice focuses on patient education, individualized exercise prescription, K-taping, muscle retraining to correct movement dysfunction directed towards the patient’s goals, functional dry needling, soft tissue release and improving the quality of life .
