Book this service if this is your first physio visit with us. Or if you are an existing patient with a completely new problem, or if it has been longer than 6 months. This service includes: 1) A 10-20-min comprehensive assessment. Most information is collected beforehand via an online intake form. A MSK examination will assess your posture, range of motion, joint & soft tissue mobility, & functional movements. 2) A detailed analysis & working physio diagnosis will be communicated to you. 3) A 1-on-1 30-min treatment with the physio or longer; consisting of manual therapy, education, & a personalized home exercise program.
