60-MINUTES MASSAGE THERAPY

Book at least a 60-min treatment if this is your first massage with us or if it has been over 6 months. This is also our most popular massage treatment. HST not included. This service includes: 1) A massage therapy assessment/re-assessment. Most information is collected beforehand via an online intake form. Your RMT will determine how your body is feeling and your expectations from this session. 2) A customized massage using various methods/modalities to reduce pain & tension, as well as to promote movement, flexibility, & deep relaxation. Please request for your preferred type of massage. Treatment will be focused on 2-3 areas. Please do not hesitate to give your RMT plenty of feedback during your session to ensure optimal comfort and effectiveness!

ACUPUNCTURE INITIAL ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT

This service includes: 1) A comprehensive 20-30-min assessment of health history taking, physical examination, such as taking your pulse & examining your tongue, & an explanation of TCM. ***If this is your first time seeing us for acupuncture, you will receive an online intake form. Please take the time to fill it in well ahead of your appointment! We want to be able to spend as much time as possible treating you. 2) A 20-min acupuncture treatment or longer. 3) Eastern bodywork (cupping, gua sha, & tui na massage) may be performed concurrently with acupuncture. 4) Personalized guidelines about TCM nutrition, & TCM health & wellness. 5) A TCM-based diagnosis & an individualized treatment plan.
