Lizzie is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with more than ten years of clinical practice across Australia and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Victoria, and has developed specialist expertise in women’s health and paediatric physiotherapy. Lizzie is dedicated to helping women and children achieve optimal health, function, and confidence through compassionate, individualised, and evidence-based care. In women’s health, she provides holistic assessment and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, pre- and postnatal recovery, and exercise rehabilitation. Lizzie supports women at every stage of life—from pregnancy to menopause—empowering them to move comfortably and return to the activities they love. As a paediatric physiotherapist, Lizzie works with infants, children, and young adults with a wide range of developmental and musculoskeletal needs. She has extensive experience supporting conditions including cerebral palsy, torticollis, plagiocephaly, positional foot differences, congenital disorders, and developmental delays. Her approach is play-based, family-centred, and collaborative, working closely with parents, schools, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve meaningful goals.
