Rebecca graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto in 2017, completing her studies with a specialization in sports massage. She has continued to advance her clinical training, completing a Prenatal Massage Trimesters course in 2017 and Treating TMJ Level 1 in 2025. Rebecca is the owner and operator of the clinic and brings a thorough, intentional approach to every treatment. She takes the time needed to fully release trigger points and believes it is essential to address antagonist muscles to create more balanced, lasting results. She incorporates movement of the limbs and neck during treatment to achieve deeper and more effective releases, and is able to tailor pressure from very light to very firm based on each client’s needs and comfort level. Whether it’s your first massage or your hundredth, clients are always treated with care, respect, and clear communication.
Swedish Massage uses medium, light to medium or light pressure to promote overall relaxation, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. 60 mins recommended for 1/2 body treatment with 1 focus area or a full body treatment. Includes Client intake, assessment, discussion of goals, treatment and remedial exercise
