We are thrilled to welcome Genny, an LMT with over 20 years of expertise in Massage. Born and raised in Bulgaria, Genny received her massage education as well as a Masters in Physical Education at the National Sports Academy, Bulgaria. Genny moved to Italy where she spent 17 years living and practicing massage therapy, honing her skills and gaining a deep understanding of various European Sports Massage techniques. Genny's passion lies in working with athletes and anyone seeking deep, envigorating bodywork- offering specialized treatments to enhance their performance and aid in their recovery. Her expertise extends to fascia blasting, cupping, kinesiology taping, deep tissue massage, and stretching techniques. She is dedicated to providing personalized care and ensuring the utmost comfort and care for her clients. We are excited to have Genny join our team for the Summer and Fall until she spends the Winter months on a boat with her husband in Bahamas. Genny's wealth of knowledge and commitment to holistic wellness will undoubtedly enhance the services we offer at Five Elements Integrative Therapy. Genny's schedule will be open 7 day a week!
Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Complimentary Hot Stones. Kinesiology
Sonora is a Certified Kinesiology Taping Practitioner. Kinesio Taping has been proven to have positive physiological effects on the skin, lymphatic and circulatory system, fascia, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints. Kinesiology tape has been used to help treat hamstring pulls, shoulder pain, and back pain, reduces healing time of bruises and swollen/inflamed joints and helps with posture correction. We use Rock Tape, which is water and sauna proof and lasts up to 10 days or longer.
