REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST (RMT) Bachelor of Kinesiology (BKin) Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to helping clients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall wellness. Her treatments may include myofascial release, Swedish massage, dynamic release, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, and therapeutic exercise prescription. She believes in combining massage therapy with patient education and exercise plans to achieve sustainable, pain-free movement and long-term health. Jennifer recently graduated from the renowned Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and brings a fresh perspective grounded in the latest research and techniques. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Performance and Injury Management from Wilfrid Laurier University. As a former varsity athlete, Jennifer competed with Laurier’s Women’s Varsity soccer team and flag football team, gaining firsthand experience in the physical demands of high-performance sports and the importance of effective recovery. She has worked with a broad range of athletes across USports, OCAA, and professional levels, equipping her with valuable insights into the needs of active individuals and weekend warriors alike. Her personal journey as a varsity soccer player overcoming injuries is the foundation of her passion for helping others move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
Our 60-minute Massage Therapy session offers a full-body approach or an in-depth focus on specific problem areas, depending on your needs. With a personalized blend of Swedish, Sports, or Deep Tissue Massage techniques, or Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), this session promotes relaxation, reduces tension, and optimizes your physical performance and recovery.
