Michelle is not able to accept WCB or ICBC patients at this time If it is your first visit with Michelle, its ideal to book a minimum of 1 hour to accommodate for assessment If you would like a longer appointment (75/90min) and are having difficulty finding availability please contact [email protected] Michelle graduated from the 2200 hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in Dec 2015, where she was also a clinic instructor and teachers assistant from 2019-2024 before moving to the island. She was drawn to the massage profession because of her love for people and passion for helping them. After experiencing how massage can aid in the healing of chronic injury and stress, she felt inspired to help others in similar situations. Michelle is dedicated to assisting clients with their musculoskeletal health in a non-judgemental, open and safe environment. She strives to identify the underlying cause of pain and dysfunction while treating the mind, body and spirit as a whole. She achieves this by using a mix of therapeutic and relaxation techniques such as: • Myofascial release • Deep tissue massage • Trigger point release • Active and passive stretch • Neuromuscular therapy • Scar tissue treatment • Swedish massage • Soft Tissue Release In her spare time Michelle is an avid snowboarder and enjoys being out in nature hiking, camping and relaxing. She also enjoys traveling, good food and having a balanced lifestyle.
