Known for her friendly and approachable nature, she creates a supportive environment where clients feel understood, encouraged, and confident in their ability to heal. Marina holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of clients and continues to expand her skills through ongoing professional development. Her clinical interests include chronic pain, neck and back injuries, post‐surgical rehabilitation, sport‐related injuries, movement dysfunction, and the everyday “aches and pains” that can limit how people move and feel. Marina integrates manual therapy, soft‐tissue techniques, exercise prescription, neuromuscular retraining, dry needling/IMS, and patient education to build personalized, active treatment plans tailored to each individual. She believes strongly in empowering clients with the tools and knowledge they need to move well and feel their best. A lifelong athlete, Marina spent many years competing in various sports, focusing on soccer and volleyball. Her early experiences in sport introduced her to physiotherapy and sparked the passion that led her into the profession. Marina recently moved to the island with her husband and children, and they are enjoying exploring their new outdoor surroundings together. Whether hiking, discovering new beaches, or finding local spots to unwind, she loves everything the West Coast has to offer. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a genuine passion for helping people return to the activities they love.
Treatment is based off a thorough assessment and includes rehabilitation exercises, patient education, manual therapy and more to manage individual conditions and prevent future injuries.
