Sam is a Registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University. She’s certified in Corrective Exercise, Behaviour Change, Nutrition & Weight Management, and Pain Canada’s Moving Through Pain program. If you’re ready to feel strong, capable, and back in charge of your movement—Sam’s your go-to person.

Private Active Rehab – Assessment

Active rehabilitation is an exercise-based recovery program where the patient actively participates in their healing process through guided exercises, stretches, and functional movements to regain strength, mobility, and function after an injury or chronic condition. Please select this appointment if it is your first visit to our Kinesiologist, to ensure ample time for her to assess your area(s) of concern/injury.
