Julie Bournisien is a certified reflexologist and sound therapist, member of the _Fédération Française de Réflexologie_ (FFR) and the _Reflexology Association of Canada_ (RAC). Her practice focuses on nervous system regulation, stress management, and personalized care that respects each person’s body, pace, and sensitivity. With a background as an international tax lawyer, Julie brings a structured, grounded, and compassionate approach to her work. Having experienced the effects of chronic stress firsthand, she chose to place human well-being and the mind–body connection at the core of her professional practice.
