When Stephen began massaging in 2017, he knew he had found a lifelong passion. Massage became an avenue for Stephen to be more intentional and connect with people; where he could provide a service, and support people to feel less limited by their injuries and more connected to their bodies. Stephen is known for his presence; treating his sessions like a mindfulness practice where emphasis is placed on listening to what the body needs to release and work through. You can expect a dynamic massage that provides both deep tissue release and slow soothing movements. Stephen uses a variety of techniques such myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive release, and deep tissue massage. As a musician, he is intentional about connecting the rhythm and flow of the music he plays to the massage he provides. When he is not massaging you can find Stephen performing his ambient music for Yoga classes, festivals, and concerts. He is also an avid backcountry camper, and skier. Stephen’s areas of focus: Chronic stress/Anxiety Muscle strains Headaches Grief Rotator cuff injuries Sciatica Tendinitis Shoulder impingement IT band friction syndrome Carpal tunnel syndrome Thoracic outlet syndrome Whiplash Sinusitis
