Ellen’s path to massage therapy has been shaped by exploration, creativity, and curiosity — from a previous career in Environmental Science to following winding mountain trails. Each step deepened her understanding of the interconnection between human and environmental well-being. After experiencing multiple sports injuries, Ellen was encouraged to prioritize her own healing — a process that rekindled her passion for supporting others on their wellness journeys. Her approach to massage therapy is nurturing and holistic, grounded in curiosity and compassion. She invites clients to explore their inner landscapes and to trust the body’s inherent ability to heal. Ellen has completed additional training in Craniosacral Therapy, which she uses to assess and support the mind-body connection. Her practice integrates techniques such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, deep-tissue massage, and lymphatic resets to help clients reconnect with their body’s natural rhythms, fostering balance, ease, and regeneration — rooted in nature, guided by nurture.
