Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness
Hello my name is Beth Thomas. I attended RDP for my kinesiology and graduated from NMOS for Manual Osteopathy in the spring of 2025. I currently have my CSEP CPT and work in personal training as well as being a manual osteopath. I am very invested to getting to the root cause of your pain and helping you heal inside and out. My techniques are very gentle and work around your whole body. Outside of work I love being social and being outside whether it’s a coffee walk or a hike. I grew up playing hockey and soccer and enjoy getting my body moving with a little bit of a competitive spirit.
