Function First
205-735 Wonderland Rd. North, London, ON, N6H 4L1
I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College after completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University. My education and clinical experience have given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients, from athletes to individuals dealing with everyday aches, pains, and movement limitations. I believe that every person’s experience is unique, which is why I take an individualized approach to treatment. Depending on your goals, treatment may include swedish massage, joint mobilizations, stretching, and practical home care strategies to help you manage your symptoms between appointments. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help improve your comfort, movement, and ability to participate in the activities that are important to you. I enjoy helping patients better understand their condition and providing simple, realistic strategies they can use outside of the clinic. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, golfing, hiking, and spending time with my dog, Cujo.
