Roy has almost a decade of experience in manual therapy and is fascinated by the mind-body connection. He uses a nervous system-based approach to help his clients thrive. He graduated from The Southern School of Osteopathy and obtained his DOMP - Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. He also has nine years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. Roy’s treatments and prescribed exercises will focus on facilitating your body’s ability to heal itself. Roy is trained in visceral, joint, and nerve manipulation, as well as deep tissue release. He completed a thesis focused on the vagus nerve and PTSD with great success. In his spare time, Roy is the father of two adorable young kids and enjoys hiking, cycling, and yoga.
