Jean graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy's 2200-hour program and is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Known for her friendly, welcoming manner, she brings energy and enthusiasm to her practice. Jean provides personalized, client-centered treatments tailored to each client's needs, whether relieving pain, reducing stress, easing muscle tension, supporting injury recovery, or promoting relaxation and balance. She creates a calm, supportive environment where clients feel seen, safe and heard. She offers deep tissue massage, relaxation and targeted therapeutic treatments, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization and manual lymphatic drainage.
