I was born and raised in Mukilteo,WA by two amazing parents and alongside two older brothers. I grew up playing ice hockey and softball, and in my early teenage years I decided I wanted to pursue ice hockey in college. I played Division 1 ice hockey at St. Lawrence University while completing my Bachelor of Science Degree. Growing up as an athlete, I developed a passion for health, fitness, and wellness, and I knew I wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University and have spent the past couple of years working at an outpatient clinic in WA treating a wide range of clients, from young children to seniors dealing with both musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. I am passionate about getting to know people on a deeper level in order to develop an individualized and evidence-based treatment approach, allowing me to understand their personal goals and treat the whole person, rather than just the injury. I use a combination of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and activity prescription including functional based movements, and patient education to help people achieve their goals and get back to their maximum level of function. I recently moved from the US to Stouffville, ON and am excited to continue work in the physiotherapy profession here. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active playing hockey, skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and working out including running, cycling, strength straining, pilates, and yoga. I also love to spend time with family and friends around the house, at sporting events, or traveling.
