Chris has been practicing massage therapy since 2004. Combining orthopaedic assessment and palpation, Chris is well known for his thorough massage treatments and prescribing effective self-care plans. Chris will research the best exercises, stretches, the right therapeutic tool or even another para-medical provider, ensuring he has done everything he can to help his clients feel their best. Chris incorporates techniques such as general swedish massage, muscle energy, PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular fascilitation), and FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy). FST is an assisted stretching technique which can be booked as a stand-alone treatment (Chris also incorporates some FST in other treatments).
An ideal length for a follow up or an initial visit. This treatment is ideal for focused treatments over multiple areas of the body or as a full body massage.
