She earned both her Doctorate and Master of Science degrees in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago. Her journey into integrative care began at The Ohio State University, where she completed her undergraduate studies with a Pre-Medicine focus. Known for her compassionate presence and grounded, intentional care, Marlena creates a deeply healing experience for each patient. She believes in guiding individuals to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom and self-healing capacity. Her clinical expertise is shaped by her work at respected institutions including the Chicago Women’s Health Center, Heartland Health Pain Clinic, and Project Vida. Marlena specializes in fertility and pregnancy support, pain management, digestive health, migraines, TMJ, and anxiety.
