Rahele’s journey into integrative healthcare comes from a deep appreciation for the connection between the body, mind, and overall well-being. Before becoming a Registered Acupuncturist, Rahele studied Architecture and worked in architectural and interior design. Through this experience, she developed a strong appreciation for creativity, balance, and the relationship between people and their environment. Over time, her curiosity naturally shifted toward understanding the human body and supporting health in a more direct and meaningful way. Over 18 years ago, yoga became a transformative part of Rahele’s life. What started as a personal practice grew into a passion, leading her to become a certified yoga teacher. Through years of teaching yoga, meditation, and mindful movement, she has witnessed how these practices can support physical health, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with oneself. This journey led her to Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, a medicine system that deeply resonated with her holistic approach to health. As a Registered Acupuncturist, Rahele provides individualized care by considering each patient’s unique constitution, health history, lifestyle, and overall well-being. She integrates her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine with her background in yoga and mind-body practices to create compassionate treatments in a safe and supportive environment. Outside of the clinic, Rahele continues to teach yoga and enjoys spending time in nature through hiking, camping, swimming, and exploring the outdoors. Meditation, mindful movement, and connection with nature remain important sources of balance and inspiration in her life.
