Yohan is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology, following his completion of a Bachelor of Kinesiology at McMaster University. He is eager to connect with and assist a diverse range of patients and employs a holistic, function-focused approach in his treatments, dedicated to helping individuals return to their daily activities. His commitment to optimizing overall well-being is evident through therapeutic interventions such as soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage. Yohan is highly skilled in deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, and assisted stretching. He is also dedicated to advancing his expertise through ongoing education, striving to incorporate new modalities into his practice to better serve his clients. Yohan has maintained a lifelong connection with sports and athletics, which played a pivotal role in shaping his career in rehabilitation and impairment prevention. His passion for an active lifestyle continues, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, playing soccer or pickleball, or hiking with friends.
