My journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began through my own experience of pain and healing. In my mid-twenties, I developed a herniated disc that caused intense pain and numbness in my legs every few years. Sometimes the pain was so severe that I could barely walk or had to drag my leg. I visited many doctors and specialists, but after long hours of waiting, the results were always temporary. Then I was introduced to an acupuncturist—and that completely changed my life. After a series of treatments, the numbness and pain that had troubled me for three years disappeared. I was finally able to walk freely again and return to my daily life. That experience touched me deeply and inspired me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I left my desk job and began learning TCM in depth. Through my studies, I discovered that the philosophy of balance, harmony, lifestyle, and natural healing in TCM is closely connected to Japanese culture as well. Now, I’m passionate about helping others find relief and balance—both physically and emotionally—through acupuncture, herbal therapy, and lifestyle guidance. I specialize in pain management, women’s health, fertility support, pediatrics, cosmetic acupuncture, stress reduction, insomnia care, and preventive medicine. For me, healing isn’t just about easing pain—it’s about helping each person feel calm, healthy, and peaceful in their everyday life.
