He has developed skills in post-operative rehabilitation, exercise-based recovery, hands-on manual therapy, myofascial release and patient education with a strong emphasis on helping people return to their activities of daily living, work, and recreational goals. He approaches rehabilitation as a collaborative process, believing that patients make the best progress when they are engaged and empowered in their care, while he serves as a supportive guide. Suraj especially enjoys working with patients regaining mobility after injury, recovering post surgery and help managing pain and striving to patient’s active lifestyle through tailored exercise and activity-based programs. Fluent in English, Hindi, Nepali Suraj Communicates with diverse populations and provide culturally sensitive care. In addition to his clinical skills, Suraj brings strengths in organization, communication, and patient-centered care, which allow him to connect well with individuals and support them in navigating their recovery journey. Beyond the clinic, Suraj enjoys sketching, reading, running, and following soccer—a sport he used to play competitively. He is also a proud new Edmonton Oilers fan and loves spending time outdoors on mini-hikes in the mountains.
