Dr. Vanessa Manfredi is the Owner and Clinical Director of Vital Motion Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, where she delivers comprehensive, patient-centered chiropractic care rooted in clinical precision and long-term wellness. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Southern California University of Health Sciences and began her professional career practicing alongside longtime Fallbrook chiropractor Dr. David Wetzel before purchasing and transforming the former Wetzel Chiropractic into the multidisciplinary clinic Vital Motion Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic is today. Dr. Manfredi completed a sports medicine program internship at Camp Pendleton, an experience that deeply influenced her clinical approach and strengthened her understanding of the physical demands placed on active-duty service members. She is passionate about serving military and veteran populations and proudly accepts VA referrals. Her approach to care is intentional and comprehensive. Patients often experience a structured treatment flow designed to calm the nervous system and relax the body prior to adjustment. Care includes diagnostic imaging when appropriate, rolling table therapy, flexion-distraction with heat, percussion therapy, medical massage, cupping, or muscle scraping before chiropractic adjustments are delivered. This philosophy reflects her belief that chiropractic care is about restoring function and resilience, not quick fixes. In addition to her clinical role, Dr. Manfredi is the owner and operator of Academy of Chiropractic Arts & Sciences (ACAS CEU), where she serves as an educator and facilitator for continuing education seminars held four to six times per month on Thursdays and Saturdays. Through ACAS, she supports both new and experienced chiropractors with high-quality education, ethical billing practices, and advanced clinical modalities including laser therapy. Her dedication to chiropractic education means she may not always be physically present in the clinic, as she remains committed to advancing the profession as a whole. Originally from Montreal, Canada, Dr. Manfredi is fluent in English and French. Outside the clinic, she enjoys Pilates at Grove Pilates in Fallbrook, live music, spending time with friends, and evening walks with her Dalmatian, Pongo, who is often Vital Motion’s unofficial Employee of the Month. Dr. Manfredi accepts Medicare, VA referrals, ASH-affiliated plans, SCAN, Kaiser, Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, and additional PPO and Medicare Advantage plans. Our team is always happy to assist with insurance verification.
