Nasal Specific Technique, also known as Cranial Facial Release (CFR), is a gentle chiropractic procedure that uses small, brief inflatable nasal balloons to help open sinus passageways, improve breathing, support cranial alignment, and reduce pressure and tension patterns in the head and face.
