945 S Mission Rd, Fallbrook, CA, 92028-3202

Maria Elena has been helping patients heal through skilled, intentional bodywork since 2001. She began her training at the Naturopathic College in Del Mar, where she studied acupressure, hot stone therapy, Swedish massage, and reflexology. She then continued her education at the Natural Healing Institute in Encinitas with a focus on Thai massage, later expanding her expertise at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido to study Shiatsu. She also completed a Lomi Lomi certification in Maui, connecting her work deeply to both traditional and holistic healing practices. With her twenty five years of experience, Maria Elena blends her diverse training into every session, creating therapeutic massage that is both clinical and compassionate. Her work is grounded in anatomy, meridian principles, breath awareness, and mindful touch, while always guided by intuition and genuine heart. Before joining Vital Motion, she also spent seven years teaching yoga, which continues to influence her understanding of movement, posture, and the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance. Outside of patient care, Maria Elena enjoys hiking, Pilates, fitness, dancing, and spending time on a beautiful acre of land here in Fallbrook, where she lives in a cozy tiny home filled with creativity and ongoing projects. She is a valued member of the Vital Motion Team and is dedicated to each patient feel supported, comfortable, and truly cared for. Maria Elena is available Fridays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
