Nola has been in the health and fitness industry, when she started teaching Spinning. She realized after she completed her teacher training how much how much a focused exercise programme improved her own health and well being, and she knew wanted to help others achieve better health and wellbeing. Nola became a personal trainer in 2001 and soon started referring clients for massage. It was obvious how much good nutrition and massage enhanced her clients‘ health, as well as enhanced their fitness programmes. Nola knew that she could offer her clients additional support to achieve their health goals so she became a Holistic Life Coach in 2006 and Registered Massage Therapist in 2008. While continuing to work as an RMT Nola has also travelled around the world and studied other complementary therapies including Reiki, Thai Reflexology, Tuina, Acupuncture, and various courses at the C.H.E.K Institute, etc. For Nola, ongoing education is important for the work she does and the treatments she provides. I am committed to helping others improve their quality of life and become more vital with massage, and I consider myself fortunate to have been able to work with so many people to help them with this.
