At Breathe & Relieve, I believe in using hands-on therapies like massage and stretch to help your body heal itself. I opened this office to provide inspired treatment options, teach clients healthy practices, and foster wellness education.
Massage
Before an event, sports massage is designed to ready muscles for the activity ahead and helps to decrease the risk of injury. After an event, techniques are used to lengthen and broaden muscles, helping your body recover and promoting functional movement.
Reflexology
Using the thumb, finger, and hand, gentle pressure is applied to reflex areas of the feet in order to decrease stress and bring the body into equilibrium. The foot--with its greater quantity of sensitive nerve endings--is considered the most amenable to this approach.
Lymphatic Drainage
This service focuses on muscles of the head and face. Combining gentle massage techniques and heat, this option helps relieve a myraid of health problems including headaches, sinus pressure, and pain from TMJ dysfunction.
