With an RMT journey that spans 20+years, it’s my passion to help others find their physical and energetic balance. I have acquired and incorporated manual touch techniques into my table massage sessions such as Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki to help customize each treatment. I’ve learned, and am still learning, to be a body listener with my hands and treat people for their individual needs at each appointment. Previous experience at multidisciplinary clinics have expanded my knowledge with treating minor sports injuries, repetitive strains, chronic musculoskeletal conditions and postural concerns. I love being a part of people’s wellness journey and guiding their body to a more balanced state. Nature walks, yoga, and family time help balance me the most to be the best therapist for others.
Pre/Post Natal Massage for women at any stage of their pregnancy and up to a year after. For women in their second or third trimester, this massage will relieve muscle tension, increase circulation, and reduce fatigue. You may be in a side-lying positions for this massage, with the use of soft cushions to support the belly and ensure comfort throughout treatment. For women post natal, this massage eases muscle aches and fatigue, relaxes the mind, reduces stress and helps you handle the physical demands of a newborn.
