How did you get into Wellness I was introduced to Health & Wellness from an early age through a knee injury I acquired from dance and gymnastics. This injury led me to massage therapy and yoga which later became my passions. The combined benefits for the body and mind resulted in a new found lifestyle. What does Wellness mean to you? Wellness is a calm, regulated nervous system and a body that moves freely. What to expect in a session: In a session, you can expect your body to ease-fully down-regulate through the intuitive/ fluid nature of my work. I would describe my style of flow to be a combination of both therapeutic and relaxing. Both rhythmic and firm. Pressure varying based on your body/ tissue’s individual needs. How you will feel after a session: After a session, my hope is that my client will feel more relaxed, less tense and more mobile. You may also feel as though you can breathe more effortlessly as we release stress from the fascia.
