Renae Hill BSc (Kin), DPT Ranae holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University in Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Brock University. With a background in sport, movement, and rehabilitation, she loves helping people understand their bodies, move with confidence, and get back to the things that make them feel like themselves. Renae takes an active and individualized approach to physiotherapy. She believes there is no one-size-fits-all treatment and takes the time to understand not only what hurts, but how you move, what matters to you, and where you want to go. Her treatments combine education, exercise-based rehabilitation, movement assessment, and hands-on manual therapy techniques, with the goal of helping you feel stronger and more confident in your body, not just getting you out of pain. She also has experience working with a wide range of clients and goals, including sport-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and helping people return to the activities they enjoy. She has an experience in golf rehabilitation and performance, but takes an individualized approach to every client. Whether you're healthy looking to improve function, returning to your favourite sport after injury, or simply wanting to move through everyday life without pain, Renae is happy to help at any stage in your journey. Outside the clinic, Renae is happiest when she’s moving. She has completed triathlons and enjoys playing tennis, ice hockey, golfing, or trying something new. She brings that same energy into the clinic and strives to create a warm, encouraging space where you feel heard, supported, and genuinely excited about what your body is capable of.
