I offer trauma-informed massage with a strong focus on craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and nervous system regulation. My approach is slow, attentive, and deeply listening — ideal for people feeling stressed, sensitive, disconnected, or carrying long-standing patterns in their body. I also work comfortably with deep pressure, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage when needed, especially for injuries or areas asking for more direct work. That said, my preference is subtle, integrative treatment that supports regulation rather than override . Clients often leave feeling deeply relaxed, more connected to themselves, and sometimes emotionally lighter. Sessions may be quiet or include gentle dialogue, and emotional release is welcome if it arises. I work from a somatic and relational lens and trust the body’s innate capacity to reorganize when given the right conditions. If you’re curious about bodywork that listens as much as it touches, this work may be for you.
A balanced therapeutic session designed to support both relaxation and meaningful results. This 60-minute treatment with a Registered Massage Therapist allows time for full-body work with added focus on the areas that need extra attention. Your RMT will tailor pressure and techniques to your individual needs, helping ease tension, reduce pain, and improve overall mobility. Insurance receipts provided.
