Through out the years of working in the fitness industry, Verlyne has developed a huge interest in servicing people by taking care of their body naturally. Pursuing her passion, she graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) under the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). With valuable clinical experiences gained as a student and RMT, Verlyne has worked with a wide range of clients from the active population, athletes, pre and post-natal women, palliative care, to seniors. Whether its a stress related issue, postural imbalances, injuries or chronic conditions, Verlyne caters a treatment for every individual using many of her techniques such as trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques, myo-fascial release, deep tissue and traditional Swedish massage. Verlyne is committed to delivering an expert level of care to patients. As an avid believer for self-discipline of living an active lifestyle as a necessity, Verlyne strives to teach her patients to not only take care of their body temporarily but to follow self-care not as a task, but rather as a natural habit. She is confident that working alongside experienced, knowledgeable and caring heath practitioners at Finish First, that as a team they can change a patient’s life, one treatment at a time.
