Bridgette is a Registered Massage Therapy student at CDI College with a unique blend of Eastern and Western perspectives on wellness. Having spent many years working in an office environment, she understands firsthand the neck, shoulder, and upper back tension that often comes with long hours at a desk. Before beginning her journey in massage therapy, Bridgette gained experience in traditional Chinese massage and Tuina techniques. Currently completing her clinical training, Bridgette integrates evidence-informed Western massage therapy with the principles of traditional Chinese bodywork to provide personalized, client-centred care. She offers treatments in both English and Mandarin and is committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where every client feels heard, supported, and cared for.
