Julie’s passion for therapeutic and alternative medicine has been a driving force in her career since she graduated from the Sedona School of Massage in February 2009. Just a week after graduating, she began working in ski towns across Colorado, where she continued to refine her craft until moving to Boulder in 2014. With her methodical, deep tissue style, Julie quickly became a favorite among local triathletes, weekend warriors, and anyone dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle. She’s further honed her skills by studying Advanced Myofascial techniques and cupping therapy, gaining a deeper understanding of how to work with scar tissue and postural issues. Whether it’s untangling stubborn adhesions or soothing sore trigger points, Julie’s expertise is designed to help clients move more freely and feel their best. Julie’s knowledge doesn’t stop there—she’s attended Chi Running workshops to better understand the physical demands that her running clients face. Combining deep tissue work with cupping therapy, she offers a unique, holistic approach to healing. Over the years, Julie has worked with athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, and those simply in need of some genuine TLC. Her approach is rooted in care and dedication to each client’s unique needs. When she’s not working, Julie is usually on an adventure with her loyal cat, Tommy. Whether exploring new places or relaxing together, Julie and Tommy share plenty of fun moments.
60 minute massage sessions are great for really getting in there and focusing on that tension that you always hold *there* and allowing your therapist time for full-body massage that doesn't need a lot of focused work.
