Arly Dewan RMT Arly is a graduate of Kikkowa College. She is a Registered Massage Therapist and a CranioSacral Therapist. She is trained in Swedish , Hot stone and Prenatal Massage along with extensive training and experience with CranioSacral work. Arly became a RMT, CST because of a physical connection that can be created with a client through manual practice that allows a client to take a path of self healing with an understanding of their bodies. To co-operatively work together towards a common goal of an effective, specific and unique treatment for each individual. Arly’s experience as an athlete in sports as diverse as Hoop dancing to competing on the Women’s Premier World Dragon boat team has given her an intimate knowledge of therapeutic rehab. Arly does not provide deep tissue work.

As you grow towards your due date, your body has to sustain an incredible amount of change. Sometimes these changes create pain, swelling and diminished mobility. Regular Massage Therapy can help you grow into your new body and reduce and manage uncomfortable symptoms. Pregnancy massage is a great means of ensuring that your changing body adapts comfortably to your growing bundle of joy. Massage during pregnancy can help your body adjust to the changes of pregnancy. Helping you sleep better, allowing you to be more mobile and relax you mentally and physically. As you progress through pregnancy there is an increase in blood flow, increase in function of all your organs (heart, lung, liver) and of course the obvious tired, achy muscles. Massage therapy can help optimize your health and wellbeing during the entirety of your pregnancy. A typical massage session takes at least 60 minutes and you will be comfortably positioned on your side.
