**Tyler is not yet able to bill insurance other than Motor Vehicle Accident and Worker’s Comp claims. Hello! I’m Tyler and I am excited to be part of the Watershed team. I am originally from rural Idaho and have lived all over the US, though the Oregon coast has always felt like home. I recently moved to Astoria to be closer to family and love it here. I have always been interested in natural health and decided to study massage back in 2010. I graduated from Three Oaks Academy (now Idaho Massage School) completing a 750 hour advanced certification program. I have worked in several different types of clinics and have had the opportunity to learn from diverse practitioners. My work focuses on therapeutic modalities such as neuromuscular and myofascial techniques. I also incorporate some cranial sacral, active release, and joint mobilization techniques, depending on the needs of the client. I have extensive experience treating repetitive motion injuries, migraines, carpal tunnel symptoms, TMJ, and low back pain. I look at the body as a whole, and have a knack for complex or difficult pain patterns. I look forward to serving this community not only as a massage therapist but eventually as an ND, as I am enrolled in the Naturopathic Doctor program at National University of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland. When I’m not working or in school you can find me hiking, reading books or playing music. I’m glad to be a part of Watershed Wellness and am looking forward to being a part of your healing journey.
